U.S. Embassy Djibouti Office of Security Cooperation joins Graduation Ceremony for Djiboutian Navy sailors
On June 17, 2021, U.S. Embassy Djibouti’s Office of Security Cooperation joined the Djiboutian Armed Forces in celebrating the graduation of Djiboutian Navy sailors who completed U.S. sponsored Small Boat Navigation and Operations training. These training events represent only a small piece of the entire security cooperation portfolio between the United States military and the Djiboutian Armed Forces. Through our U.S.-Djiboutian partnership, we strengthen each other in pursuit of providing security and stability to the region.
Included in this picture are the recent Djiboutian graduates, the US Navy Maritime Security Squadron (MSRON) mentors, the Naval Attaché, the U.S. Embassy Security cooperation representatives, and the trainers.
