Scheduling a Passport Appointment
If you would like to apply for a passport at the U.S. Embassy – Djibouti, you must schedule an appointment by sending an email to DjiboutiCRBA@state.gov. To ensure prompt attention, your email should include the following:
- Scan your passport application (DS-11, DS-82, DS-5504) and attach it to the email.
- Scan your evidence of citizenship (previous passport, CRBA, certificate of naturalization, U.S. birth certificate) and attach it to the email. If you do not have any evidence of citizenship, either because it was lost or you are making a first-time citizenship claim as an adult, please explain your situation in the email.
- The subject line of your email should say PASSPORT APPOINTMENT REQUEST: Applicant’s name, date of birth
Failure to provide the required information will result in a delayed response and a request for the missing information. Each applicant must have his or her own appointment.
